Akoma, the founder of our company, has a passion for the arts, culture, and operations execution. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering, as well as 15 years of experience in operations execution at a major Healthcare company, she has a unique talent for working within matrixed relationships and executing ideas from start to finish.

Despite her background in operations, she has always had a love for the arts, including jazz piano, dance, and photography. She enjoys seeking natural beauty and connection in the world around her. Her curiosity for how things connect is reflected in her strategic ability to quickly spot relevant patterns and issues.
She quickly rose through the ranks and became heavily involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at her company. Her passion and influence led her to become a key voice and consultant to Senior Leadership. She was appointed to lead the DE&I Education and Development Strategy along with other initiatives inspiring connection for her company's division. She is consistently recognized as a trusted advisor.

Konnect is our expert in research and innovation, with 15 years of experience in the field. He has worked on all sides of the industry - as a client, vendor, and technology expert. His innovative approach to research includes developing a revolutionary framework for understanding inclusivity in advertisement and communication. He has implemented gender equality metrics into ad measurement analysis, and mastered market research techniques.

His unique combination of skills and experience has equipped him to provide valuable insights to businesses. With an educational background in Political Science and Anthropology and a Masters of Science in Marketing Research, he provides a unique perspective on the field.
